At Princeton Farms and Preserves, we’re not just farmers, we’re stewards of the land and of local history. On 190 acres of preserved farmland in Skillman, New Jersey, we grow vegetables, culinary and medicinal herbs, and cut flowers — and we share the farm with our community through birthday parties, graduations, corporate gatherings, and celebrations at our historic barn in Montgomery Township.
